Plate Evaporator S350B

The plate evaporator is a new type of energy-saving evaporation equipment with metal plates as the main heat transfer elements. Its core structure consists of a heat exchange plate group, a pressing device and a separation chamber, etc. This equipment achieves counter-current heat transfer through alternately arranged material channels and heating channels, significantly reducing the consumption of heating steam. The heat transfer coefficient can reach 3500 to 5800kW/(m²·K).

  • What is a plate evaporator?

    The plate evaporator is a special application form of the plate heat exchanger. It adopts the principle of rising and falling film evaporation, heating the material flowing between the plates with steam and achieving evaporation separation. The core structure lies in the special installation method of the material and steam heat exchange plates, thus alternately forming the material channel and the heating channel. The entire plate assembly is installed between the fixed clamping plate and the mobile clamping plate and is fixed by the clamping bolts on the side. The plates are sealed with glue-free embedded gaskets between them, and the installation and removal of such gaskets do not require any special tools.
