The two-effect falling film + MVR forced circulation evaporation system is specially designed for large-scale continuous evaporation and high-salinity material processing. It features an ultra-high evaporation capacity of 41T/H and can stably concentrate sodium sulfate solution to 28%.

The system deeply combines the high-efficiency heat exchange of two-effect falling film evaporation with the stable treatment of high-salt materials by MVR forced circulation evaporation, achieving extremely high evaporation efficiency, extremely low energy consumption and strong adaptability.

All key components in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, resistant to crystal salt and scale formation, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
