    The system is composed of a falling film evaporation section and an MVR forced circulation section.

    Two-effect falling film evaporation (high-efficiency pre-concentration)
    Sodium sulfate solution forms a uniform liquid film along the tube wall and evaporates rapidly, featuring high heat transfer efficiency and low energy consumption, enabling rapid dehydration at large flow rates.

    2. MVR forced circulation Evaporation (Deep concentration of high-salt materials)
    The high-salt solution enters the forced circulation section of the MVR and flows at high speed through the circulation pump to prevent scaling and ensure stable heat exchange.
    The secondary steam is compressed by MVR and reused, significantly reducing the demand for steam.

    3. Continuous and stable concentration
    Through the combination of two-effect and MVR, the material concentration can be precisely controlled at 28%, making it suitable for continuous industrial operation scenarios.
