Working principle
1. MVR single-effect Pre-concentration (energy-saving core section
The isomaltooligosaccharide solution entering the evaporation system is first rapidly pre-concentrated in the single-effect section of the MVR.
The secondary steam, after being compressed, heated and pressurized by MVR, is reused as a heat source, significantly reducing the demand for external steam supply.
2. Multi-effect evaporation cascade concentration (high-efficiency dehydration)
The pre-concentrated syrup enters the multi-effect evaporation section and is reused through a steam cascade to achieve higher evaporation efficiency and lower energy consumption.
3. Stably reach a final concentration of 75%
Through automated density/concentration control, the system can precisely output 75% IMO high-concentration syrup, which can be directly used for spray drying, blending production or filling.
Product Overview
The MVR + multi-effect evaporation system (10T/H) is specially designed for the efficient and low-energy concentration of food-grade sugar materials, especially Isomaltooligosaccharide (IMO).
By combining the strong energy-saving advantage of MVR single-effect evaporation with the stepwise heat utilization of multi-effect evaporation, continuous and stable concentration of materials from low concentration to 75% high concentration syrup can be achieved at a relatively low steam consumption.
The equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel commonly used in the food industry, meeting food hygiene standards. It operates stably and reliably, and is particularly suitable for continuous concentration treatment of functional syrups, food additives, and biological fermentation products.
