Working principle
1. MVR falling film evaporation (high-speed pre-concentration)
Ammonium sulfate solution flows in a thin film along the tube wall inside the falling film evaporator. It features a fast evaporation rate and a high heat transfer coefficient, making it highly suitable for dehydration in the early stage with large evaporation volumes.
2. MVR Forced circulation Evaporation (Crystallization Section)
The pre-concentrated high-salt solution enters the forced circulation section of the MVR and is driven by the circulation pump to flow at high speed, maintaining stable heat exchange efficiency while preventing the deposition of ammonium sulfate crystals and pipeline blockage.
3. Crystallization and discharge
The material gradually thickens in the system and is automatically and stably discharged after reaching the crystallization point. It can be seamlessly connected with centrifuges, filters or crystallizers.
The dual MVR process maximizes the utilization of latent heat of secondary steam, achieving extremely low energy consumption operation.
