    The system heats and pressurizes the secondary steam through the MVR compressor, using it as the sole heat source to return to the evaporator to heat the material and achieve evaporation and concentration.

    The core process is as follows:

    The blood peptide solution is rapidly heated through a plate heat exchanger
    Evaporation occurs under low-temperature vacuum conditions
    The secondary steam is recycled and reused by the MVR compressor
    The concentrated liquid is automatically discharged when it reaches 41% of the target concentration
    The plate evaporation structure features high heat transfer efficiency, short retention time and stable temperature rise, which enables the active components of blood peptides to be preserved to the greatest extent.

The MVR single-effect plate evaporation system is specially designed for highly active and heat-sensitive materials such as blood peptide liquid. It adopts mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology and an efficient plate evaporation structure, capable of achieving a stable evaporation capacity of 3T/H under low energy consumption and low-temperature conditions, and concentrating the material to 41%.
