  • Working Principle of lifting film Plate Evaporator

    The lifting membrane plate evaporator ingeniously integrates two highly efficient evaporation modes within a single unit, achieving seamless and coordinated operation.

    The first section: Rising film evaporation
    Location: Lower part of the equipment.
    Process: The liquid material enters from the bottom and is rapidly heated to boiling. The high-speed steam bubbles generated pull the liquid, forming an upward-moving liquid film in the plate channels, completing the initial evaporation and strong flushing. It is particularly suitable for handling high-viscosity or easily scaling materials.

    The second section: Falling film evaporation
    Location: Upper part of the equipment.
    Process: The material pre-concentrated in the rising film section is redistributed at the top and forms a thin liquid film that descends uniformly on the surface of the plates by gravity. At this stage, the material is gently and efficiently concentrated to the target concentration at a low temperature and within a short residence time.
