    The system consists of a three-effect evaporation section and an MVR compression section:
    Three-effect plate evaporation
    The materials enter the first-effect, second-effect and third-effect evaporators in sequence, and are heated step by step by secondary steam, achieving the stepwise utilization of thermal energy.
    MVR vapor recompression
    The secondary steam generated in the final effect is heated and pressurized by the MVR compressor and then returned to the previous effect as heating steam, thus forming a closed thermal cycle.
    Continuous concentration output
    The material circulates and evaporates within the system, with its concentration gradually increasing. After reaching the set concentration, it is stably discharged.
    This combination significantly reduces the demand for external steam supply and achieves efficient and energy-saving operation.

The MVR three-effect plate evaporation system adopts a deep coupling design of mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) and three-effect evaporation, combined with an efficient plate heat exchange structure, to achieve continuous concentration production with a stable evaporation capacity of 18 tons per hour.


The system is specially optimized for the working conditions of highly corrosive and highly alkaline materials such as sodium hydroxide solution concentration. It can concentrate the materials to the target range of 21.7% under low energy consumption conditions while maintaining long-term stable operation.


All parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, which has excellent alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for long-term continuous production scenarios in the chemical industry.
