    The equipment consists of a plate evaporator, an MVR compressor, a TVR injector and an intelligent control system.

    Plate evaporation section
    The mannitol solution is rapidly heated through a plate heat exchanger, forming a thin liquid film in the evaporation chamber for evaporation. It features high heat transfer efficiency and short residence time.
    MVR thermal energy recovery
    The secondary steam generated is compressed, heated and pressurized by the MVR and then returns to the evaporator as the main heating source, forming a closed-loop circulation.
    Tvr-assisted efficiency enhancement
    TVR uses a small amount of fresh steam to introduce secondary steam, improving the steam grade and system thermal efficiency, and maintaining stable evaporation when the load fluctuates.
    Continuous concentration and discharge
    The material concentration gradually increases and automatically stabilizes the discharge after reaching the set value of 45%.

The MVR+TVR plate evaporation complete set equipment combines the dual energy-saving advantages of mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) and thermal vapor recompression (TVR), and is equipped with a high-efficiency plate evaporator to achieve continuous low-energy consumption concentration production with a stable evaporation capacity of 5T/H.
